The 1/8-inch thickness is perfect for balance poses without feeling like I'm sinking into the floor, and the non-slip surface actually grips my hands even when they get sweaty. It folds up compact enough to toss in my gym bag, which is exactly what I needed for traveling between classes.

At 72 inches long, I can finally do full lying-down stretches without my head or feet hanging off the edge. The 1/8 inch thickness is thin enough that I feel stable on the floor, but it’s still got some give for my knees.

Took this on a week-long trip and it slid into my carry-on without eating up much space. The 1/8 inch thickness is just enough cushion for my knees during lunges, though I wouldn't want it any thinner. Grippy even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow.
