厚瑜珈毯、墨西哥瑜珈毯、修復瑜珈的理想瑜珈毯

The weave is so tight and dense that it stays perfectly in place under my hips during savasana, no sliding around. It’s heavier than my old cotton blanket, which makes it feel wonderfully grounding for restorative poses.

I've been using this folded under my lower back for restorative poses and the thickness is just right without being bulky. The weave has a nice weight to it that keeps it from sliding around on my mat.

Used this under my knees during savasana and it completely changed my restorative practice, way more support than my old mat alone. The thickness is just right, not so bulky that it's awkward to fold. It's held up great after a couple washes too.
