The mat's natural rubber base gives it a nice grip on hardwood floors, and the carrying strap makes it easy to roll up and take to class. I just wish it were a bit thicker, as I can feel the floor a little during seated poses.

NEUMEE Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap for Women &Men, 1/8”(4mm) Thickness, Designed in California for the New You

I’ve been using this mat for hot yoga and the natural rubber bottom grips the floor perfectly even when I’m sweating. The carrying strap makes it easy to roll up and take to class.

NEUMEE Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap for Women &Men, 1/8”(4mm) Thickness, Designed in California for the New You

The mat’s suede top gives it a nice grip even when my hands get a little sweaty during practice. Only wish it came in a slightly thicker option for more cushion on my knees.

NEUMEE Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap for Women &Men, 1/8”(4mm) Thickness, Designed in California for the New You

The suede top grips my hands even when I start sweating halfway through a flow, and I love that there’s no rubbery smell right out of the roll. The carrying strap makes it easy to toss over my shoulder for studio trips, and the 4mm pad feels just right on hardwood floors.

NEUMEE Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap for Women &Men, 1/8”(4mm) Thickness, Designed in California for the New You

The suede top feels so soft under my hands during downward dog, and it’s grippy even when I’m just starting to warm up. I’ve used it four times this week and it still looks brand new, which is more than I can say for my old mat.
