كرسي كرة التمرين NEUMEE مع أربطة مقاومة، كرة لياقة بدنية، مقاس كبير 65 سم

The foot pump made inflating this 65 cm ball a breeze, and the included resistance bands add a nice challenge to my desk workout. I've been using it daily for a week and my posture feels noticeably better.

I was pleasantly surprised by how stable the base feels during use, even when I'm leaning side to side. The included resistance bands add a nice extra challenge for upper body work, and the air pump made setup effortless.

The foot pump actually works, which I didn't expect after struggling with hand pumps before. I keep it as a desk chair now and my lower back feels way better by the end of the day, and the resistance bands were a nice bonus I actually use.
