كرسي كرة التمرين NEUMEE مع أربطة مقاومة، كرة لياقة بدنية، مقاس كبير 65 سم

Finally got my home office sorted with this ball chair and the resistance bands are a great bonus for quick workout breaks. The 65 cm size fits me perfectly and the base keeps it stable even when I'm shifting around.

The foot pump actually made setup painless, maybe two minutes total. I keep it under my desk and swap it in for my chair a few times a day, and the resistance bands are a nice bonus I wasn't expecting to use as much as I do.

I've been swapping my desk chair for this ball during the workday and my lower back feels way better by 5pm. The base keeps it from rolling off, and I actually use the resistance bands during conference calls.
